Megan was a pleasure to work with. She made every attempt to keep things flowing smoothly, and reached out to the various entities (seller's agent, titling company, lender) involved to gather all information necessary. She researched and gave us info on the utility companies we should contact for settling into our new home. After the final paperwork was signed, she met us at the house with a "Welcome" package. One last, and probably an overwhelming indicator of her character, there were a few pieces of furniture remaining in the house which the seller was supposed to move. Megan kept hounding the seller's agent to keep these items removed, which all were finally moved, except one couch, which we put in the garage. After 2 weeks during which the seller's agent kept promising she would get it removed, nothing happened. But Megan went as far to borrow a truck, got someone from her agency to help, and came and personally picked up the couch to get it out of our way. You don't normally see that kind of effort from someone in her position. So, to sum it all up, Megan should be your choice when it comes to a realty transaction, whether it be buying or selling.
